Start Easy has 4 containers and is a good place to start. Stay Ready has 8 for lunches, dinners and snacks. All Set has 12 if you want more meals packed ahead. Set for the Week has 20 for bigger prep sessions or sharing at home.

Each product page lists the exact sizes and quantities so you can choose what suits the meals you normally make.

The number counts the glass containers. Lids are included as well. For example, the 8 piece set comes with 8 containers and 8 matching lids.

There are three sizes: Small 530 mL, Medium 630 mL and Large 1040 mL. Container sets come in Charcoal or Pink. Your whole set comes in the colour you choose.

Standard glass sets include containers and matching lids. Accessories are included only when they are listed in the bundle contents.

Performance includes a Charcoal shaker and towel. Everyday System includes a bottle in your chosen colour, plus a Charcoal shaker and towel. Check the contents on the product page before ordering.

You can buy the 2L bottle, towel and individual glass containers separately. Each individual container includes a matching lid. The shaker is currently unavailable. Check the product page for available colours and stock.

Our containers are made from premium borosilicate glass.

Yes. Stack them with the lids on to keep your meals organised. When they are empty, remove the lids and nest the glass containers together to save cupboard space.

The glass body is oven safe up to 400°C and freezer safe down to -20°C. For microwave use, leave the lid on and remove the air vent plug so steam can escape. For oven use, remove the whole lid. Do not use on stovetops or over open flames.

Avoid sudden temperature changes (thermal shock). Do not move a container straight from the freezer into the microwave or oven. Thaw your meal in the fridge before reheating.

Yes. For microwave use, leave the lid on and remove the air vent plug. For oven use, remove the whole lid and let the glass container cool before fitting it again. Let the container cool before replacing the air vent plug.

Hand wash the glass containers and lids with warm soapy water, then let them dry before storing. This helps protect the printed logo, which can peel with dishwasher use.

Place hot glass on a dry heatproof mat. Let it cool before washing, and do not pour cold water into hot glass. Do not use containers with chips or cracks, or heat an empty container in the microwave. Use oven gloves when handling hot glass.

Email info@easyprep.au with your order number, container size and colour. A quick photo or video helps us see what is happening. Let us know if it is one lid or several so we can help with the right fix.

Bottles and shakers: Hand wash with warm soapy water, rinse well and let them dry with the lid off before storing.

Towels: Machine wash and let them dry before putting them back in your bag.

Orders for products in stock are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery time starts after dispatch.

We deliver across Australia. Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping. The shipping options and any charges for your order are shown at checkout.

We email your tracking details once your order has shipped. Check your junk folder if you cannot find the email. If tracking has not moved for several days, email us with your order number and we will check with the courier.

Email info@easyprep.au as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Send your order number and clear photos of the items and packaging. We will look into it and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Eligible unused products can be returned or exchanged within 20 days of receiving your order. They must be in their original packaging and condition, and you will need proof of purchase. You cover return postage for a change of mind.

Glass containers and drink bottles are covered for manufacturing defects for 12 months. Shakers are covered for 3 months. If your towel arrives faulty or damaged, contact us.
