At EasyPrep, we take great care to ensure your order arrives quickly and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery, and any issues that may occur during shipping.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
If an item is out of stock or delayed, our team will contact you immediately to provide an updated timeframe or offer an alternative.
2. Shipping Times & Rates
We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier partners.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Estimated delivery times:

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather events or courier delays).
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

We currently deliver across Australia.
For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team before placing your order.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-delivery fee may apply.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Once verified, you’ll be offered either a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference and the evidence provided.
We take every precaution to ensure your items are packaged securely and handled carefully, but occasionally transit issues can occur — if they do, we’ll make it right.
7. Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days or appears lost, contact us at easypreppp@gmail.com and we’ll investigate with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
