From meal prep to Easy Prep
After years of training and meal prepping, I wanted thoughtfully designed containers that were practical and enjoyable to use every day.
I’ve always loved getting things organised, whether I’m preparing my meals, rearranging a space or finding a better way to do something. There’s a satisfaction in putting in the work and knowing you’re ready for what comes next.
That idea became Easy Prep.
We started with glass meal prep containers to help people stay organised, save time and make healthy habits easier to stick to.

When your meals are ready and your day feels organised, it is easier to stay consistent. Our aim is to create products that simplify everyday routines, whether you are packing a work lunch, heading to training or getting ready for the week.
That same care goes into building Easy Prep. I’m involved in packing orders, organising the warehouse and looking for ways to improve. I enjoy the hard work, especially when it means making the experience better for the people choosing our products.
