Easy Prep Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

Returns

We want you to love your Easy Prep products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

You may return eligible unused products within 20 days of purchase.

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Be in the same condition they were received.
  • Include proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once assessed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Meal Prep Containers

Covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Drink Bottles

Covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Shakers

Covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Towels

If your towel arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll happily replace it.

What’s Covered

Examples include:

  • Faulty clips or lids
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Products that arrive damaged
  • Products that fail under normal intended use due to a manufacturing fault

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Dropping products
  • Misuse
  • Improper care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by incorrect use or modification

Our Promise

If we determine your product has a genuine manufacturing fault, we’ll repair, replace or refund the item at our discretion.

Our goal is to make every Easy Prep customer happy, and we’ll always work with you to find a fair solution.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If your product fails to meet acceptable quality standards due to a manufacturing fault, we’ll assess your claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
